Clean and modern bathrooms enhance the stay experience.
My room was basic with no amenities like a kettle or fridge, which I expected. The soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear street noise all night. The breakfast was just subpar with very limited options and lackluster quality.

The reception is manned 24h and there is a window in the bathroom. Besides, the location is really excellent.
The hotel is a bit run down and there is carpet in the rooms. The double bed consisted of 2 single beds and instead of duvets there is a sheet and an old wool blanket. In addition, the same product is offered as a shampoo / soap and the hair dryer is not particularly strong.

The location is good, although very noisy from Rue la Fayette. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance. Cold drinks are available 24 hours a day at the reception, and can be brought to the room on request. The safe in the cupboard offers sufficient space for all valuables.
The breakfast consists of croissants and rolls, butter, jam and vending machine coffee, which does not taste good at all. There is yoghurt and juice, but no cold cuts, neither sausage nor cheese. The room is located in the windowless cellar and is not very inviting.

The location is good, directly at the metro and by foot Montmartre is perfectly reachable in the evening.
Unfortunately, the bathroom did not have a shower curtain and there were no blinds in the bathroom, so that the sun shone the whole day into the bathroom and heated up the whole room.

Super location, friendly staff, good transport connections and proximity to the city centre. Ideal for exploring by foot.
Breakfast isn't worth it. Better in the restaurant next door.

The decor was outdated, but the quiet rooms were a nice touch.

Very friendly staff, uncomplicated check-in/out. Convenient location, within walking distance of Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Relatively quiet, beautiful view of the park. All rooms go in the front.
Furniture and equipment at least 25 years old. Very warm in the room, although it was not yet hot outside. Elevator halfway up stairs => you always have to go up a few steps; not easy with luggage. Modest breakfast, €10 more expensive than in the neighboring café.

Good service and reasonably sized rooms for clothes or other. Great breakfast with a lot of hot/cold dishes. Perfect location and good facilities. Walking distance to a supermarket and department shops across the street. A brilliant way to end my weekend.

Limited heating control in the rooms can be frustrating!!! The cleanliness standards need serious improvement!!!

I'm not long back from Paris and I can say that the location of this hotel excellent. The hotel is located on the main street, with beautiful views of the park. And the main thing is not far from the subway. Rooms are small but very well furnished. With regard to staff, I would not say that they were very friendly, but always ready to help. If you are planning a good time, then I think this hotel is for you.
I think this was a terrific hotel for the price.

The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport options and local shops. I appreciated the friendly and cute staff. The hotel offered a comfortable bedroom and a clean environment, all I needed for a short getaway.
The hotel appeared a bit tired and could benefit from a makeover.

Regarding the location, it is simply perfect.Nice park outside, very close to metro station. All that you are interested or need a short walk from the hotel. The staff really friendly and they all were very helpful. Also,i liked it.
However, with regard to wireless internet,it has the MOST EXPENSIVE Wifi connection I have ever heard about - 5EUR/hour. Pillows in the room are small and synthetic. And moreover - no air - condition.

We got to stay there because of the great location. The breakfast is nice, it is a continental breakfast of coffee, juice, etc. The hotel has no cafe, but there are many good ones. The room was small but pleasant other than that and the view was nice and the bed was fine. Service at the hotel was really good. If you are looking for a tourist class hotel with a central location, this would be fine.
When we arrived, was not a pleasant smell in the room. And besides, some things in the room were broken.
